Site Manager/Works Maanger required to deliver Waste to Energy facility in Sunderland

Full build inclusive of FRC, Steel Frame Building, Cladding and M&E plug and play.  The project is due to run for circa 18 months

Reporting to  the Project Manager the scheme the team will be supported by a Section Foreman.  Sub Agent 2 x Site Engineers, and a visiting Planner and QS.

The role is preferably permanent and a packaged of circa £50k plus Car/Allowance + Overtime + Travel Time +  Bonus Scheme and Pension; with OTE of circa £70k
