Are you an experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of NEC 3 contracts and a background in managing civil engineering packages.

If this sounds like you, then Brownlee Cale have an exciting opportunity for you to work across two projects in South Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor with our organisation, you will be an integral part of our team, overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the project,

• Conducting detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for civil engineering packages
• Managing and negotiating NEC 3 contracts efficiently.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness 
• Commercial forecasting, CVR’s, Project status reports, Measures Subcontract Management, Procurement

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with NEC 3 contracts. 
• Previous experience commercial managing civil packages up to £10m

This is a contract role (Outside IR35) for a duration of 9 to 12 months.
