Project Manager required to deliver iCivils scheme in Sunderland

Full build inclusive of FRC, Steel Frame Building, Cladding and M&E plug and play.  The project is due to run for circa 18 months

The Project Manager will lead the scheme and be supported by a Works Manager, Sub Agent 2 x Site Engineers, and a visiting Planner and QS.

The role is preferably permanent and a packaged of circa £70k plus Car/Allowance + Bonus Scheme and Pension. However, freelancers will be considered with day rates circa £400 to £430 p/day.
