Our valued client are looking for a BIM Technician to deliver a wide range of water and wastewater treatment projects on the United Utilities Framework. ( Manchester Area )
 
Candidate Specification
 

• Experience of delivering Autodesk (Revit/CAD/Civil 3D) for water, or wastewater, non-infrastructure and infrastructure projects
• Experience of working in a common data environment platform and managing BIM data throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience in use of Autodesk Revit is preferable.
• Experience in application of BIM tools & software
• Excellent IT literacy
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
• Capability to work to deadlines
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership for quality and delivery of own work
• Understanding of key principles of information management as set out in ISO 19650 CDE BIM Asset Management Software
• Long Term ongoing contract work
