Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 national civil engineering firm looking to hire 2 permanent Civils Project Managers for upcoming projects in the Middlesborough area, due to start in 4-6 weeks time. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of the work package
• Lead site coordination with other contractors onsite
• Oversee subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
• Monitor progress, report KPIs and documentation and provide regular updates to internal leadership and site team
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and legislation 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous proven experience as Project Manager on large scale Civil project
• Strong grasp of HSE, CDM regulations, and quality control 
• Excellent communiciation, leadership and coordination skills
