Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 national civil engineering firm looking to hire a permanent Site Agent for an upcoming project in the Middlesborough area, due to start in 4-6 weeks time. 

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day management of site operations for the allocated 
• Manage a team of engineers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure efficient site progress
• Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings and quality 
• Maintain high health & safety standards and ensure compliance
• Liaise with the PC and any other relevant site contacts
• Contribute to progress meetings, preparing site reports and programmes, 

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Civil Engineering with 2 years of Agent experience
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Cert
• Previous experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
