Site Managers

We are recruiting Site Managers in the North East for a National Construction Contractor who are going through a period of growth and have a pipeline of work valued at £100million plus in the next 12 months.

If you’re an Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with experience of working on projects up to a value of £80million including hotels, logistics, student accomodation and you’re looking for a new role whereby there are progression opportunities to develop your career then this could be for you.

As part of a multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for the following;

  • Day to Day Managment of the Project
  • Managing Site Health & Safety
  • Reviewing RAMS
  • Managing Project Costs and Budget
  • Client Progress Reports and Chairing Meetings
  • Ordering Materials 
  • Monitoring Quality

What we are looking for;

  • A trades or engineering background
  • A good, all-round experience of projects
  • The ability to verbally communicate with the team
  • A good level of IT Skills
  • Be team orientated and have excelllent leadership qualities
  • Hold an SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card
  • Proven management experience with Principal Contractors

What’s on offer;
