Brownlee Cale are looking to recruit a Site Manager on behalf of a key client. The suitable candidate will be a time served Bricklayer and have worked for companies acting as the principal contractor on high value projects.  

Reporting to the on site Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and managing on site subcontractors
• Enforcing Site Health & Safety
• Reviewing RAMS
• Attend on site meetings and give toolbox talks
• Ordering Materials 
• Monitoring Quality
• Solving on site queries

You will:

• Have strong communication skills
• Be I.T. literate 
• Be team orientated and have excellent leadership qualities
• Hold an SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card
• Manage internals sub-contractors
• Ex Bricklayer
