Site Administrator
Brownlee Cale are hiring for a Site Administrator on a 12 month contract for a Civil Engineering Client to support works on a Highways Improvement Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders
- Check, book in, deliveries
- Record deliveries in site plan / chase deliveries
- Analyse financial information
- Collect Data, input and manage databases
- Report all deliver queries to accounts and Central Distribution
- Process and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Process all new starters for the department
- Provide HR with Self-employed contracts and project work assignments for new contractors
- Process, order track, book in and out remakes
- Ensure all paperwork is filed in a tidy easy-to-access manner
- Liaise with suppliers, internal suppliers, and site
- Handling a variety of phone calls
- Assisting with and managing the Overhead System, delivering invoices, creating purchase orders and manual payments.
- Monitoring new starters on the project, making sure the appropriate documentation is recorded such as CSCS Cards.
Knowledge, skills, and ability requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator
- Good literacy and numeracy are both essential
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Must have attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel
- Self-motivation and have a drive to succeed and do well is essential in this role
- A technically minded candidate with the ability to liaise with other members
- High attention to detail, high organisation, and effective time management
- Ability to think outside the box when problem-solving
