An opportunity to play an integral part in shaping the growth, development and people strategy for one of the leading UK Construction Contractors.

As an experienced HR Generalist you will provide strategic support to the Group HR Director and Resourcing Manager for your allocated division within the business.

Responsibilities will include;

Suitable candidates will have experience in the following;

  • Proven delivery in the key areas of Generalist HR
  • Experience in coaching line managers through people matters
  • A thorough and up to date knowledge of employment law, and experience of practical application of this in a complex business environment.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of building credible relationships.
  • Resilient – able to face challenges proactively and comfortable dealing with senior management of the organisation.
  • Able to work as part of a team; demonstrates the ability to network effectively up, down and across the business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the right balance of empathy, rigour and energy.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as first class presentation ability.
  • MCIPD qualified

Remuneration;

  • Basic Salary of circa £60,000
  • Annual Bonus

  • 25 days holiday p/a increasing with milestones
  • 42 hour per week
