Brownlee Cale require an experienced General Foreman to deliver an earthworks and road infrastructure project through to completion.

Immediate start Reporting to the Project Manager on a £8m project (previous earthworks experience essential)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Manage and develop junior members of the team
• Assist the Project Manager / Site Agents with site records, risk assessments, method statements and permits as appropriate
• Communicate with plant operators and operatives and allocate works
• Record ‘as built’ information for Health & Safety File Skills and Ability
• Issue permits to work 
• Toolbox talks 

Applicants will have a proven record of working on civil engineering projects including earthworks, highways and infrastructure.

Applicants should hold a current SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work qualification. You must also be IT literate
